Approach to Projects

Our approach is for clear design expression using structured methodology and materials which are tried and tested, compatible and contextual to their locations with the integration of local materials where they are economically available and appropriate. Buildability and flexibility are carefully considered in all their aspects and simple structural solutions are promoted and used.

Design Solution

Any real and protective solution must be founded on the use of integral accommodation and space, based on planning principles. In essence, these are simple and progressive, and are implemented in a logical and economical formation for the development of existing and new buildings. These are essential in order to achieve minimal disruption (in the case of improvements), for a maximum return and value for money.

Planning Discipline

We use tried and proven methods of efficient planning and integrated structure, which, while being sympathetic to the existing accommodation, would also introduce a discipline of planning which would ensure natural light and ventilation to all areas of the build.

Design

We are committed to providing the resources required at each stage of the project. Senior personnel from the practice would be fully involved with the project from inception to final completion. The full resources of the firm would be available at all times as required, to ensure the satisfactory overall achievement of the contract.

We have developed a range of high level skills in relation to all aspects of planning and design, preparation of documents, project management as well as administration of projects. These are all produced to current Building Regulations and maximising the energy efficiency aspects of construction.
