Housing DevelopmentsHousing developments are an area of architecture where at FmK we go to great efforts to provide quality design in the house types placed on the plots as well as the overall site layout. In so many developments it can be seen that characterless house types are built on sites so that the overall site loses overall appeal and desirability for the end customer. At FmK, we believe that our ethos of site specific, bespoke design that we apply to single dwellings should also be utilised in housing developments, so that the end result are houses that are well designed and contemporary in feel and have relevance to the area into which they are placed.
