FOAMSEAL (New!): This airtight expanding foam was a total lifesaver. With so many awkward junctions around the attic trusses, FOAMSEAL made sealing those gaps effortless.

Varafluid: This paint-on membrane is our go-to for the "impossible" spots—conduit tracking, floor junctions, and those hard-to-reach corners.
